Our Story
Three Decades of Building India
Founded in 1991 by Mr. Deepak Agrawal, Abhikalp began as a vision to bring rigorous, design-led thinking to architecture and planning in Central India. Over the years, the firm has grown into a trusted Pan India consultancy with expertise spanning architecture, engineering, urban planning, institutional interiors and turnkey project execution.
Mr. Agrawal's academic background — including a B.Arch and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore — has shaped the firm's unique philosophy: that great design must be matched by equally great management and execution.
Today, Abhikalp serves banks, financial institutions, government bodies and private organisations across India, delivering projects that are technically sound, aesthetically refined and delivered on time.

Abhikalp is registered as a Government Approved Valuer under the Wealth Tax Act 1957 (Section 34AB), authorised by the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Indore — for valuation of immovable properties across India.
We issue detailed valuation reports accepted by all nationalised banks, financial institutions, the Income Tax Department and courts — for purposes including loans, legal matters, acquisitions and tax assessments.
